Le Monde (FRA) sent out their chief food and travel writer Camille Labro, to cover a story on the emerging food and produce industry in Tasmania. I had the privilege of accompanying her around Southern Tassie, tasting food and sipping wines along the way. No really, the pleasure was all mine.
