Recent shots for a Gourmet Traveller article, covering a group of fine producers across the state of Tasmania. I set out in the car up to the NW Coast first, stopping in at Red Cow Dairy, who make some seriously nice stinky cheeses! Then on to 41 South Salmon Farm which boasts some of the finest smoked Salmon in the world (I can vouch for it too!). The next day I was down to Dunalley to the Bangor Oyster Shed and the Dunalley Fish n Chip shop. Finally ending up at Pigeon Hole Cafe and Pigeon Whole Bakery for some sweet and savoury morsels. All in all was a fantastic trip around my island state and I’m honoured to be able to bring these hard-working producer’s stories to you in the April edition of the Gourmet Traveller magazine.
